A little bit disappointed with the hotel
I was previously involved with the building of the hotel, to come back and stay was a little bit disappointed
When we arrived the checkin was nice and easy with the reception being very friendly, we went to the room only to find the door open. Went to the bathroom and there was splashes of urine on the toilet seat. Then there was a bottled which was used and left half drunk.
One of the electrical socket which was not working
All this was brought to the attention of the management they only apologise.
Also I find there is no telephone to ring reception or for any other service
Overall good location clean room will use again? Yes

Stayed in a single room overnight while at Bolton.
Staff were helpful.
Room was clean - warm - and comfortable. Everything worked.
I was worried as my room looked onto the car park but I heard nothing during the evening.
Had a good night sleep

We had our stairs completed recently after renovating our home and are so pleased with the finish and the quality of the workmanship.
Mark was a pleasure to talk to and was very professional.
I couldn’t rate them highly enough.
We are really happy with the finished look and would highly recommend giving them a call if your thinking of changing your stairs in future 10/10 👍
