I walked in to an ice cold air con blast and an equally warm welcome from the reception team, so friendly and a joy after the UKs hottest day and a 5hr drive. Room was spotless, bar spacious and food was to a good standard. Absolutely spot on for a business trip, tons of parking and close to everything, I highly recommend it. 👌

Decent location with a nice bar and restaurant. The gentlemen on reception was very helpful organizing late checkout, shame the same couldn't be said for the woman on reception who explained id have to come down in the morning to sort late check out. Which for obvious reasons defeats the object of late check out. luckily her colleague was a lot more helpful and sorted everything in seconds.

We have stayed several times and has always been good, staff as usual were great. If as a hotel resident you want good access to the bar and food in the evening, avoid match days, as these areas get very busy.

Travelled from Australia on a tour. Staff here have been unbelievably friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. All the reception, bar staff, breakfast staff and cleaners have been amazing

Just got back from a night away and booked this hotel at last minute after going to a concert in Manchester. What a lovely and extremely clean hotel, from the public areas to the the bedrooms. Beds are so comfy and we had a view over looking the pitch which my son just loved.Reception staff (Beth) was so welcoming and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Plenty of choice at breakfast, both hot and cold and the waitresses were all very helpful and polite.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to people and will look forward to staying here again when I next visit the area.

Exceptional stay here. The staff are WONDERFUL, the location is perfect for anything you would need with cinema and restaurants close to hand.
Although the food served at the hotel is also very very good.

Staff very welcoming and very polite.
Stopped in a pitch view room and would highly recommend, room had amazing views of the ground, Spacious and very clean! Only criticism is the rooms could do with updating, fitted furniture and bathroom suite look a little dated and tired!
Bar was brilliant, plenty to chose from and 4/5 large TVs with sky sports.
