Came into Chapter 79 looking for an engagement ring for my partner and stumbled upon a gem.
Jackie was attentive and proactive in sourcing the stone I was after, and even noticed me look at a design of a ring as I left on the first visit, and then created something perfect based on that glance. Would highly recommend for anyone who is hoping to propose and needs a bit of coaching through the process! Thanks Jackie!

Mark and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were on a tight deadline, but Mark delivered everything perfectly. From the start, he was incredibly helpful in working within our budget and turning our staircase into a real statement piece in our new home.
Working with oak isn’t easy, but Mark’s craftsmanship and attention to detail were exceptional. He was always happy to answer our questions and take on board any suggestions, making sure we got exactly the finish we wanted.
He was professional, tidy, and respectful of our home, even while other renovation work was happening around him. The finished staircase is stunning—worth every penny—and was completed right on schedule. Simon also did a great job with the final touches, and even when we asked for an extra groove for our LED lights, nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you, Mark and team, for such brilliant work!
