I changed cars from a Audi Q5 3l to a Mercedes C Class 2litre, a lower group, but additional premium was £40, Ok hard to understand but whatever, THEN they add a £90 amendment fee, which is frankly outrageous, This is what Google says if asked "When transferring your car insurance to a different vehicle, you will likely be charged an administration fee, and your premium may also change. The administration fee typically ranges from £10 to £30" So rightsure are charging over 300% more than average?? I paid the fee, no other option, and will speak to them at renewal, but won't be renewing if the £90 still applies
