Initially when I got the phone call to run through the policy my heart sank as I hadn't used Rightsure before and I thought oh 'here we go', they want to increase the policy now I have signed up for it..BUT no Graham Cronk just wanted to make sure we had everything covered and was really helpful and patient with me as I was at work so didn't have everything to hand. Today I had a wonderful chat with the genuinely happy, Mohamed regarding the insurance for my pick up.
Usually customer service assistants have a pseudo politeness, one that indicates they dont really enjoy their job and wish her didn't have to repeat the same old droll to every potential customer.
Mohamed had the happy guy vibe, funny too, and im a grumpy sod with no sense of humour who hates CS reps.
This chap made my day. So much so I didn't notice a single @^^&> driving like a ;^%^.
The insurance was great too.
So much so I'm thinking of insuring things I don't own just to talk to Mohamed!
