I’ve made some bad choices in my life but visiting The Everest Lounge is definitely not one of them.
Warm welcome upon entry and nice modern decor and place settings.
I’d done some menu studying before I went so had my order ready.
Sauces with the poppadum were smooth and tasty.
For main I went for the Tibetan Special with chicken and belly pork, accompanied with mushroom pilau rice and a garlic and coriander naan.
Food was absolutely delicious. Generous portion sizes but didn’t want to spoil it by eating too much so left some to take home.
Every member of staff that passed or served me were really friendly and courteous.
As I finished my Cobra I watched them bring other patrons dishes through and they were all beautiful presented.
I think I’ve found a new favourite and can’t wait to return.
If you’re in Market Harborough or passing give it a go.
