Left today as stayed for a night for a night away with my partner paul
When we arrived the staff was brilliant and had a fantastic experience with the younge lad called andrew he made us feel at ease and relaxed and explained everything smoothly was such a gem and such a lovely guy
Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and enjoy our stay will be back with a heart beat
Thank you andrew and staff for the lovely stay

Stayed while on business in Bolton, whilst almost empty the staff did their best, with no evening meal available. A basic breakfast was available to pre-order for the morning to be taken in room only.
Good precautions in place for pandemic restrictions.
Difficult times for all, local fast food restaurants were not great with very poor responses.
I would probably stay at whites again when this is all over, due to its location.

Can’t believe it no bed can’t believe had to sleep on the floor backs in bits Comfy floor though highly recommended for future be back next week 😂😂looking forward to the pigeons on the Astro turf outside tomoz got bit of bread here for them I know what it’s like round here 😂😂

Staff is nice and helpful. But this is a 3* hotel. Maybe the suits with view of the stadium are better but our room was just basic. Heatwave in July 2021 and no air con in a room, not even a fridge but hey there is a trousers press (?!) lol 😆 Outdated decor of (?) aluminium foil covered picture frames. Room doors so heavy all you hear is slamming all around. Breakfast was ok. Not eggs benedict though. Sauce was pure majo. Cappuccino costs £3.75 at the bar. More than in Soho in London 😄

Stayed here for a 1 nights stay whilst visiting friends and did a bit of shopping at the retail park next door.
Good location right next to the M61 , hotel was clean and tidy with all restrictions still in place and well signed Staff were friendly and polite.
We found the hotel to be in good order although obviously it’s not 5* , breakfast was good with lots of choice on offer , team in the breakfast restaurant were again friendly, polite and couldn’t do enough for you ( young lady / manageress I think was outstanding)
Good hotel , clean and tidy - is it 5* no , is it good for its price yes and we would stay here again.

Stayed here Saturday night and room we stayed in was looking very tired. Bathroom radiator looking rusty..carpet looking dirty and furniture not the best..
Breakfast was okay but tea and coffee came out of a machine in takeaway cups !!
However staff were all very helpful and reception staff very good

Writing this on behalf of my mom and dad who wanted me to give a review as they were so impressed with the staff, this is what she wanted me to write.. rooms are great lovely location, all the staff are lovely but Jack behind the bar is outstanding the service he has given me and your Dad is excellent, such a nice young man.

Great stay with a lovely view of the football pitch. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we had a great stay. The only downside I would say is the fact thee is no air conditioning and it was really hot in the room. They did however bring us a fan when requested which was nice :)

Stayed here overnight after day in Manchester. Reception staff abrupt and not over friendly almost as if everything is a hassle! Bar and restaurant areas of hotel nice enough and modern. Room very outdated and scruffy. Dust on walls and carpet and bathroom needs replacing as quite grotty with lots of mould. Noise from drinkers in bar and in car park went on until 230am. We have stayed in much nicer Premier inns for half the price we paid for this. Wouldn't return.

Great food and drink before the match, we got in as Wanderers season ticket holders and with match tickets , great pre match food choice of fish n chips , curry , meat pie n chips and a vegan option.
