I had a call today from Mohamed Mulji at right sure , its the first time a insurance company has called to make sure im happy with what i purchased , and actually got me more product for no cost . Hopefully i dont need to find out how the claims service is but the aftersale care from mohamed was excellent.

Updated Review, spoke to Graham today to confirm details, really nice chap. So received a second request to leave a review, nothing I can really add to first review.
Hopefully, finally found a decent van insurance firm.
Hastings Direct renewal quote was ridiculous, I know insurance prices have gone up, but talk about having your pants down.
The 'kats' listed realistic prices, but when clicking to go to providers website, the costs were nothing like as shown the 'kats' website. Scam.
So I put my details in the silly moustache site, £100 cheaper and when I clicked on the insurance firm's link, they honoured the quoted price!
Good honest business.

We have been here for 5 days and had an amazing stay. Although on arrival we had a blip with our room it was a queen room and not big enough bed so we were shown to another room which was much better but after an hour we realised the heating wasn’t working and despite the engineer attending it wasn’t able to be fixed! So we moved to another room which sadly didn’t have a sea view, it overlooked scaffolding but was warm and comfortable, it was on the 3rd floor an had no lift to our room. However, the staff are all very attentive, helpful and friendly the Food was amazing with the best breakfast ever! Evening dinner had plenty of choice and was presented as a feast for the eyes and tasted Devine. This trip was to celebrate our 52nd anniversary and was our first trip to the island but we will most definitely be returning to stay here again.
A special mention to one of the dinning managers Allcssandro who really made us feel so special and a fountain of info of everything on the Island thank you for such excellent service.

We had an amazing 4 night stay. I can't say enough about the staff here. Every single member of staff are so friendly, welcoming and can't do enough for you.
Food great, a wonderful choice at breakfast and a delicious afternoon tea.
