amazing experience when there is a game on and a very nice hotel when there’s not (Wi-Fi is not the best)
I booked this hotel in advance and then a football game was scheduled on one of the days I was there (I had booked pitch view) so I managed to luck into there being a game on and it was a very novel and cool experience! I really enjoyed it. I read on a review that it costs £15 for them to lift the shutter when there is a game on.. I didn’t experience that and a few reviews were bemoaning about how warm it has been and there no a/c? my room had a/c and it was needed as it was very muggy.
Wi-Fi! you got given an access code to the Wi-Fi, the first code didn’t work and the second code was so useless I just used 4G for my trip.

This is the second time I have used Welwyn Roofbox Hire and again they are absolutely brilliant! 5 stars under rates this company they are fantastic from start to finish. Price for hire is very good. Communication is brilliant and their appointment slots for fitting and removal are always efficient and so easy - just sit in your vehicle they do the rest! Cannot recommend them enough - thank you to the team at Welwyn Roofbox Hire.

After a fall in the hotel dining room, I sustained a minor head-injury, and was treated by two members of the hotel staff, Jack Ryder and Owen Wilson, who both have First Aid training. They tended the wound, and contacted the medical services, keeping a watchful eye on me for three hours. A full incident report was made out by Owen Wilson, as per hotel Health & Safety protocol. Everything was carried out in a caring, friendly manner. I have nothing but praise and admiration for their professional conduct.

The room with pitch view was amazing. The staff were very helpful and made our stay extra special on arrival. Bed was very comfy.

Went with a friend on Friday evening. The restaurant was fully booked with a really good atmosphere. Even had some custom made dishes. The food and service at Everest Lounge is always exemplary. This is one of the best restaurants in town and you can see why they win such prestigious awards from the likes of the “English Curry Awards 2022”. The management lead by example, always on hand and actively ensuring the customers are enjoying themselves. The staff genuinely love working for Everest Lounge and are always polite and attentive.
