We were so happy that Andy and the team at Chapter 79 could make my bespoke wedding and engagement set. They were amazing at every step of the process and really listened to what we wanted and I am just over the moon with the set they made, it is so special to have a completely unique piece! I also bought my husbands wedding band here and he walked in and just loved the ring he chose and it got personalised and delivered within a few weeks. Their service is amazing, so professional and we can't wait to get more bespoke pieces in the future! Thank you so much!

Surroundings ideal for what we wanted.
The only downside is the walk up the hill to the hotel from the harbour it is only 500mtrs approx but it is very steep.
That being said the views from our room and patio areas are excellent.
If you want luxury staying here will not disappoint

Visited with friends and enjoyed another excellent meal after 2 previous visits. It was very busy and staffing appeared to be at maximum capacity but they were very polite and helpful.

Great hospitality with some of the amazing array of indian and Tibetan food you'll get in Loughborough. Very soothing and formal ambience with delightful interior. Must visit for anyone who's in the area or visits Loughborough.

I lost the pearl on my ring and asked Chapter79 to replace it. Jackie gave me the option of three different pearls at three different prices and was happy to spend time with me as I chose the one I liked best. This is a good indication of the great customer service you get with Jackie and Andy - you're always greeted with a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble. It's a brilliant gem of a shop. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
