Even if you already have a good understanding of mindset, I'd highly recommend attending a training session with Grow Your Mindset! It does what it says on the tin! Attended a Grow Your Mindset course yesterday and have to say it was thoroughly enjoyable and very informative.
I took a lot away from the session and learnt quite a bit about how a fixed mindset and growth mindset work in different ways.
It was a very relaxed environment and it was lovely to meet a really nice mix of people from different backgrounds.
I would strongly recommend to go on the course if you get chance.

Attended the Introduction to Growth Mindset earlier this month and thoroughly enjoyed it. I particularly enjoyed the informality and the structure of the course. Gemma was enthusiastic, informative and a great facilitator for discussions. I learned a lot about myself and now have tools to share with my team to become more collaborative in the workplace

If I could select 20/10 I would! Nicki has gone above and beyond for us and kept a clear head whilst ours were on fire. She has been super responsive and we would never choose anyone else as a Travel Counsellor!
