Room was acceptable. Breakfast was good. Atmosphere was friendly and handy for work.

A great first time experience to travel alone and stay in a hotel
The rooms were very clean and great extras with tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries
Breakfast wasn't quite up to standards was all a bit hard and dry, cold breakfast was great

No real complaints and will stay again.
It’s obviously a fantastic location for match day. Staff all friendly and very helpful
Disappointed that the “penthouse” rooms are not pitch facing. I’d originally booked a pitch view room, I’d gotten a notification that I could “upgrade” my stay to the penthouse for an extra £24 which seemed reasonable. “Upgrading” was not what I’d expected, this is in part my fault for not reading that the upgrade is just the larger room without pitch view.
