Brilliant service from 360, Outright purchase. Nissan Juke Tekna+ car ordered Feb1st 2022 not available until Aug22 (not their fault). Held for me until the new 72 reg. car delivered on schedule. Order price was retained. Great service and comms from Chris or Russ.

I had a necklace that was too long (it disappeared under the neck of tops) Chapter 79 shortened the necklace and added the beads to a pair of earrings I'd got, changing the stones around. The result was a necklace that I can wear with bespoke matching earrings - perfect!

We both ordered shashlik, a lamb and a chicken. The lamb was clearly precooked so tough from reheating.
The chicken was tasteless. The sauces we chose as an option were thick and gloopy, as were the chutneys.
The chips were soggy and clearly undercooked. I enjoyed the poppadoms!

Booked late, but had a great Sunday lunch, sirloin of beef and loin of pork, great food, excellent service, a real lovely afternoon thank you.
We were a table of 8, one 5 year old, one under 1 and 6 adults who were all catered for throughout the meal, loved It!

The OGH’s reputation as the iconic, go to hotei in St Peter Port meant we arrived in Guernsey with great excitement and even greater expectations. These were exceeded. Being greeted with a glass of Prosecco on arrival got our trip off to a great start. Location is perfect with key attractions in easy walking distance. Food and drink of very high standard - having breakfast Al fresco each day under the expert care of restaurant manager Alessandro gave us particular pleasure. Room very well appointed. But the jewel in the crown is the staff - wonderful, attentive and courteous service in all settings. In summary a great Hotel that we look forward to returning to.

We often use the Restaurant / Bar area of the hotel for Business Meetings, and lately the Hot Desking facility, where it remains very competitive indeed, and on top of that you get a very cost effective meal and better still get served by the fantastic staff, there, that attend your desk periodically.
And my commendation goes to Alison, that not only is a very friendly person to meet, but makes the stay and day that much better with her Professional demeanour and great overall attitude to the whole place.
The service and cleanliness of all areas is impressive indeed, and as such we will continue to use this facility periodically.

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea. We sat in the garden and were waited on by a lovely man, Siya, who could not do enough to help us. Everything about the afternoon was lovely. Siya made sure the fizz was topped up and had a laugh with us, whilst still being professional! Thank you!

Popped in for drinks as a lack of decent outdoor establishments in St Peter's port (too many were road side). We were staying at the sister hotel D of R.

Excellent meals served to a group of 15. No complaints from anyone. What's more, they make their own sparkling water which is free instead of £2 a bottle. Many thanks to them, that was much appreciated.
