First Panto for our six year old grandson and he cried with laughter from start to finish, Sam Rabone was again amazing as the dame with an excellent supporting cast.

Having been to Pantos for thirty years at the Hippodrome and The Grand , the Garrick is miles ahead for entertainment and viewing is superb for little ones with booster seats supplied.

We first visited to a see a relative dance in a production two years ago but having now moved to Lichfield we will make this a family tradition

Brilliant show grab a ticket while you have time.

Amazing food, very fast coming out, our table wasnt ready for us in time and it was cold in the restaurant, but the food was just amazing especially the bao buns. Will be back soon.

ThisSnow White pantomime was excellent. We came last year to see Peter Pan & booked for this years straight after. We have done the same again for 2023! As a family we have seen many pantomimes in different locations- some very well known & far bigger than the Garrick, however theirs is ALWAYS the best. The kids love it, the adults love it & the setting is perfect. Easy to get to, easy to park- no fuss, just a brilliant experience from stat to finish. The show was just wonderful. Looking forward to next years already!

3 of us rated the meal, 6/10 and 1 of us 8/10. Dips were watered down so it seemed and tasteless. Service was great but food very average eatable but nothing that would win the 2022 awards from us. Went there against my better judgment having had a takeaway before which was woeful. But friends had previously been and said it was good in the restaurant but they soon changed their minds.

Our pre-ordered drinks were ready on arrival. We really enjoyed the show ( The Bah Humbug Club) and had a lovely evening.

Fantastic software. Customer service is lacking though. I mean the reps are really good and the resources on the website are pretty good but, it’s nearly 2023. I’m paying £300/year but even if I upgrade to the £100/month, I have to wait a full day to receive a reply for support. Even if it’s a quick Y/N question. The day Systeme fixes their support system. They will be unstoppable. P.S. they delete any negative comment/post in their Facebook group. That’s a huge red flag in my books. A FB community is usually to so people can bounce ideas and fix problems together. But no. Anything that can be asked to support shouldn’t be mentioned in the FB group. You HAVE to wait 24hours (or less) to get a reply from the support team

Edit: Fantastic software. Fantastic support team. Fantastic idea. I AM A FAN. But personally, the support system/operations really brings it down. Anyone who buys Systeme LOVES systeme and isn't being malicious when trying to use the FB group to get help.

If I made a post in the group about how I made £50,000 this month with systeme and then mention some feedback, my post will be deleted/not approved. Is it insecurity? Because like I said, you guys have a really good software
