Perfect when attending a concert at the stadium
Worth to pay the extra to stay at the venue for the concert. The hotel was themed accordingly and put on many other activities etc to support the performer.
For the significantly increased price, breakfast could have been included.

Mostly pleasant stay, ideal location whilst attending a show.
Well organised, ideal location for P!nk show. 90% staff very helpful and pleasant. Free parking. VIP party entrance and glass of Prosecco included. £249, not inc. breakfast. Managed to sort out early check-in, normally 3pm but we had to start queuing at 3.15 for early entry into the stadium. Hotel bar and facilities only open to guests so minimal queuing and reasonably priced drinks and food.
Partner had telephoned in advance and had been promised help with coping with her fibromyalgia including a chair to sit whilst queuing for show, but did not materialise. We got the attention of one of the stewards, who went away to try and sort out but didn’t come back, another steward then attended to us, he returned and but none were available, at least he tried. Further on in the queue when inside they sourced a chair, thanks to those staff. Other ‘Gold Circle’ holders didn’t seem to respect the “Early Entry VIP wristbands’ so was difficult to get back to place after going to facilities, previously at other venues (Manchester Arena & Anfield) they had been told respect the fact that we ‘Early Entry VIP guests’ had paid a lot more for the privilege and to let us back through. We don't have a lot of income so this event is paid for over the year and sacrificing holiday breaks. Queues were too large at only kiosk in sight, very slow service, hadn’t moved in 10 minutes and about 10 rows of people in front of me. So didn’t manage to get a programme or tour shirt. They could have put one in the VIP facilities area, or in the hotel which would have been ideal.

Overpriced for what you get.
The location was great for what we were visiting for. The bar area was nice and cosy. Car parking is large and free. Lift access was good.
The food was overpriced and really not nice. The rooms were basic, thin walls so you could hear the noise from neighbours. We didn't sleep well at all. The bar was extremely noisy at night. Tvs were on far too loud. There is no outside space to sit outside and have a drink, so the hot weather was wasted.

We recently had a training day with Gemma. She was inspiring and motivational throughout. School staff have commented since that this was the best training they have had FOR THEM rather than for the children, although many have said that the training is also helping them in the classroom/their school roles. Cannot recommend Grow Your Mindset enough and we will be holding another staff training day with the team soon!
