I've been a happy customer for 4 years now. I've got a couple dozen YouTube tutorials on how to use the system, have had dozens of encounters with support and a few conversations with the owner.
Lighting quick support, which is refreshing in this day & age. Most times, they are very helpful, although had some issues with some of the reps. It felt like they weren't that knowledge with the software.
It's a simple platform and great for beginners. Tough to beat the price.
The analytics are their biggest weakness. They don't offer much, and it's been a requested feature for years in the FB group. I moved on to a more robust system, as I needed to scale my business (not to say you can't with SystemeIO, I just wanted better analytics).
I tried to downgrade my account 2 months ago, and had to jump through hoops. (I was on the $97/mo plan). I was charged $97 TWICE after requesting to downgrade. They don't offer refunds, so I got screwed out of about $200.
Still a great platform, but know it's a process to downgrade your account. In their defense, most software companies make you "jump through hoops" to downgrade/cancel, unfortunately.

When I emailed a question, the response was in only two hours! Usually most customer services take 24-48 hours to respond.
The customer service attached a screenshot of my actual page that was the issue and where to click to solve the problem. Very good experience. I was able to solve the problem with their help.
This is a platform that is efficient and seems to work well.
