The service provides a wide range of support for adults over 18, including those with mild to moderate dementia and other disabilities. From personal care and sensory activities to creative hobbies, cinema experiences, and even a beautiful garden space to enjoy, there’s something for everyone. The centre is both pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it inclusive and adaptable to individual needs.

Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, You Care & We Care offers families peace of mind, knowing their loved ones are safe, happy and engaged.

A Person-Centred Approach

What really sets You Care & We Care apart is their outcome-based, person-centred model of support. This means that rather than providing a “one-size-fits-all” service, the team works closely with each person to set goals, build confidence and encourage independence. Every client has a dedicated key worker, and progress is regularly reviewed together with family members to celebrate achievements and plan next steps.

Their philosophy is built on four simple values: Kindness, Respectfulness, Positive Thinking and Encouragement—values that shine through in everything they do.
