After the movement sessions, we were invited to draw a mandala pattern onto a sheet of paper using pastel colours. The image was deeply moving and I found it resonated with me, a lot. Finally Clair invited all of us to pick out a card from her Oracle Deck. What resonated with me was that the spiral I had drew in my mandala circle was likened to a spiral image on the card!
The whole experience was very uplifting and I would love to do sessions like this, again! Clair is a naturally nurturing and empathic person and this helped her connect so well with her group. Thank you, Clair!
