Worthing Thunder’s season came to end as they lost 79-86 to Leicester Warriors at the Worthing Leisure Centre.
Despite winning their first three games against Karl Brown’s side this season, Worthing couldn’t contain Leicester’s scrappy and intense style of basketball at both ends of the floor. Every loose ball was fought for tooth and nail and every Thunder movement was followed every step of the way, which explains the hosts’ 25 turnovers in the contest.
