Worthing Thunder Basketball Club are pleased to announce that they will be part of the Worthing Leisure Centre’s open day on Sunday, July 24th, as Thunder players Dominic Baker and Luke Griffiths will be coaching the kids in the main hall from 1pm-4pm. They will be joined by head coach of the University of Chichester Thunder Emmanuel Davis.
There will be various drills, all of which will be great fun for the kids, such as passing, dribbling and shooting - coached by players with National League experience.
There will also be a merchandise stand available, selling all kinds of basketball goodies.
Flyers outlining Worthing Thunder’s fixtures both home and away will be handed out.
Activities at the open day also include: football, indoor tennis, badminton, face-painting, bouncy castle and Amazon play area.
