Get your skates on because Worthing Ice Rink is back this winter!
I get so excited when the festive season approaches and have already started planning what fun activities I'll be doing to to get me into the Christmas spirit. Well, I can tell you one thing that will be on my list this year, visiting Worthing Ice Rink at Steyne Gardens!
Run by the Worthing Town Centre Initiative this event brought in over 17,000 people last year and continues to be a great asset to our town. But don't let the numbers put you off going because this year the rink will be open from the 10th December until 8th January giving you plenty of time to get your family and friends together and start showing off your moves on the ice. (Well if you have any!)
There are certain peak and off-peak periods available and the prices vary depending on the session:
Peak - £7 per adult, £5 for under 16's
Off-Peak - £6 per adult, £4 for under 16's
Credit Crunch - All skater £3.50 each

All prices include the skate hire and an hour session (including the time to put on and remove your skates). Children that are under 8 must be accompanied by a skating adult and there will be little penguins on the ice to help aid those who are not too steady on the ice around. Please remember to wrap up warm and wear socks and gloves as the winter nights get a little chilly.
