Worthing Herald Community Star Awards 2010

This year thebestofworthing sponsored the category of Best Volunteer.

We attended the prize giving ceremony on Sunday 14th November with Fred Dinage (picture of Phil with Fred Dinage below)

Over 7,000 votes were cast however even with so many worthy nominations there could only be one winner.

Unfortunately Pam Tunbridge the winner of best volunteer could not attend the event however we will visit her to present her with the award. Pam devotes an extensive amount of her time to volunteering. She is a volunteer at the Cancer Research UK shop in Shoreham as well as working in the 4Sight office for the West Sussex Association for the Disabled.
