Local grassroots youth football club, Worthing Dynamos, met at The Assembly Halls, Worthing on Friday night to celebrate a year of development, in the presence of Deputy Mayor Bob Smytherman.
Over 150 young players paraded in their team squads onto the stage, where they received club awards, squad awards and the annual special awards presented by special guests including club sponsor Darren Crabb Wealth Management, Tina Ellis of local charity Loveyourhospital and Worthing FC Manager Chris White.
The progressive club are looking to implement an ambitious five year plan to extend their Football Association accredited coaching and football development to an increased number of young players in the Worthing area, partial extracts of this plan were presented by the club.
Lee Noakes, Chairman of Worthing Dynamos said “ We’re really happy with the way the evening went, to enable us to celebrate a year of skills development and achievement whilst also being able to announce our plans for the club to the parents and guests. We look forward to meeting with the Council and community partners shortly to discuss joint implementation”
