Vote for Clear Computing in the Adur & Worthing Business Awards 2011

The Adur and Worthing Business Awards 2011 are the region's annual awards, celebrating the best of local business. This year the awards will be on 8th October at the Pavilion Theatre, Worthing and will include the whole of Adur and Worthing area.

This year Clear Computing are running for Small Business of the Year, Business in the Community and the Customer Care Award 2011.

The Business in the Community Award concentrates on those businesses who give something back to the local community, whether this is charity work, helping schools or community groups. Clear Computing have many links within the community which you can see by clicking here. They are heavily involved with Worthing Rugby Club, dizzy: Support For Diabetes and more, as well as running their Silver Surfers Week. During Silver Surfers week some of the team from Clear Computing work with the elderly giving training sessions to enable them to get a better understand of their computers. The Customer Care Award will be presented to the business which demonstrates that customer service plays an important role in the day to day running of the company. Clear Computing have recently received the internationally recognised ISO 9001 accreditation for quality management within their business. This means that there must be certain procedures in place to make sure that customers needs and requirements are met. They must show how they communicate with their customers, and how they deal with feedback and complaints. The Small Business of the Year Award is one of the hardest-fought categories. Judges will look for those businesses that produce excellence through customer service and a quality product.
