In Association with Clear Computing, dizzy : Support for Diabetes and Worthing First

thebestofworthing once again brought together some of the finest businesses in West Sussex for an evening of engaging networking at The Burlington Hotel.

After the success of our first Networking4 evening in May, yesterday’s event was held in association with Clear Computing, dizzy : support for diabetes, and Worthing First.

Even more local businesses attended our second evening, which brought together over eighty West Sussex businesses to mix and mingle and enjoy the wonderful food and drink provided by The Burlington.

Various prizes were presented throughout the evening for the best networkers, as well as four fantastic business boosting prizes from the hosts.

The winners were as follows:

Sam Gill of Sam Gill Web Design - one day hot desking and three hours of meeting room hire at Worthing First, plus the top UK business book, ‘The Botty Rules’ by Nigel Botterill.

Sarah Jane Orchin of Cherry Bliss Boutique – six months of advertising on thebestofworthing taxi.

Andrew Dalglish of Ayres Bright Vickers – security management site audit with Clear Computing.

Sally Neil-Smith of Heaton House – one bottle of wine from Henning’s Wine Merchants donated by dizzy : support for diabetes.

Terry Carvey of Terry All Gold – the second bottle of wine from Henning’s Wine Merchants donated by dizzy : support for diabetes.

Congratulations to the winners of our grand prizes! There were also further prize givings throughout the evening for those who collected the most business cards through their networking.

Lisa Nye of The Footings was crowned best networker and awarded a beautiful bunch of flowers kindly donated by Flowers Unlimited in Hove, and Bob Stebbings of Finch Lynton won the Clear Computing quiz and a bottle of wine.

We’ve already received some fantastic feedback from attendees including this review from Roy Stannard of Zero Fifty One. We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who came along to Networking4. It was a superb evening with many new faces and lots of business passed.
