Worthing is a great town full of so much support for local people and really is a great place to live!
October 5th - 9th is Worthing's Mental Health Awareness Week, which I blogged about last month. Many people were touched by how much support there is locally to encourage and motivate people to become the best they can.
Our Health is the most important thing to cherish and when we are healthy and well every one benefits.
On Friday 9th I will be doing a FREE talk at 5pm called:
'Strategies for coping with stress'
(at the Offington Park methodist Chuch at Broadwater)
It really is important to to me to be apart of supporting the local community and have also recently given a talk to the staff at Worthing Library on Mindfullness.
This was in preparation for their promotion of the Health and Wellbeing Week in March 2016.
I am pleased to announce that from March next year I will also be offering FREE public talks, at the Library concentrating on things such as stress management, effective communication and creating good boundaries.
These are all topics I firmly believe in, and these are areas that are popular for one to one coaching.
