Jerry Lee Lewis’s sister Linda Gail Lewis has joined the rock ‘n’ roll show which visits Worthing’s Pavilion Theatre on Wednesday February 22 and celebrates the greatest icons and founding fathers of rock ‘n’ roll.

Rockin’ on Heaven’s Door reunites with Linda Gail Lewis who performs a combination of her own and her brother’s songs at the piano while sharing stories from her and her brother’s careers.  She is joined on stage by her daughter Annie Marie Dolan as well as Billy Geraghty (Great Balls of Fire) performing as Jerry Lee as well as Henry Earl (The Jonathan Ross Show) performing as Chuck Berry in a show which also incorporates the music of Buddy Holly and Elvis Presley.

Linda’s career began when she toured alongside her brother and has included recordings with Van Morrison, Albert Lee and Shakin' Stevens. Her stories and anecdotes include the tale of The Beatles’ meeting with Jerry Lee when John Lennon fell to his knees and hailed Jerry Lee Lewis as his hero as well as Linda’s first meeting with Elvis Presley.

Combining songs as diverse as Jailhouse Rock and Johnny B. Goode to Peggy Sue and Chantilly Lace the show creates a celebration of rock ‘n’ roll enhanced by live performances by members of one of the greatest families of the era.
