Guild Care trustee running for dementia

Guild Care Trustee John Albon has rallied his family from both sides of the Pond to join him in the Brighton 10K race this Saturday. John is running with his cousin Sarah, from San Jose, California, his son Chris who works for Wannops, daughter Cathy (who works at Northbrook and her husband Clive who are keen marathon runners and will be advising the team on survival strategies!
 
John aims to raise as much money as possible for the Worthing charity's new dementia wellbeing centre and home. His enthusiasm and dedication make his a great ambassador for our charity' said Suzanne Millard CEO.
 
Prior to retirement, John served in the Police Force in Brighton, Cornwall and Devon before running his own consultancy. He is also a member of Worthing Golf Club and Worthing Rugby Club and says 'if there is anyone out there that can imagine what I am putting myself through for this race, please support my fundraising efforts on my Just Giving page!'
