As part of Bike Week 2012, Worthing Bikeability level 2 course will be taking place on Friday 8th June. Bikeability is 'cycling proficiency' for the 21st Century and gives children and young people the expertise and confidence to ride on today’s roads.

The FREE one day course will take place at The Rosie Youth Centre in Durrington during June half-term on Friday 8 June and is for young people aged 12 years and upwards.

Councillor Tom Wye, Worthing Borough Council's Cabinet Member for Health and Wellbeing said: “The Bikeability course will help to give local young bike owners the skills and confidence to get out on two wheels this summer. Cycling helps improve fitness and is a great way to get out and see Worthing.”
