Crab Cheesecake
Cornwall fresh crabmeat layered on a bed of peppered chive cream cheese. On a bed of home made crackers crushed and set with butter

Apple and Parsnip Soup
Cinnamon roasted apples and parsnips blended into
A slightly sweet soup served with home baked bread

Saganaki
Blends of cream cheese mixed with sweet baby peppers and pink peppercorns. Encrusted in light breadcrumbs and baked

Keeper’s Paté
Pheasant, truffle and chicken livers seared with sherry and wild berries and White mushrooms and set with Devon butter

Boeuf en Croute 
Prime Sussex grass feed steak seared in smoked garlic
and butter, topped with pancetta and chicken paté.
Wrapped into crisp pastry. Served with roast potatoes and steamed vegetables

Cordon Bleu
Chicken breast meat stuffed with Barcombe blue Stilton and honey roasted ham. Dusted with breadcrumbs and oven roasted. Served with roast potatoes and Steamed vegetables

Christmas Luncheon 
British turkey joint served with roast potatoes, cranberry stuffed pig roll, white pudding, sherry chestnut Brussels sprouts and steamed vegetables

Baker Street Pollock
Sundried tomato cous cous stuffed into a prime Pollock fillet,
salt baked and served with a roasted tomato consommé

Goats Cheese Tart Tatin
Pesto seared seasonal vegetables packed into a filo tart
and topped with Goats cheese and caramelised
onions and oven baked

Whipped Crème fraîche and double cream set
with fresh mint and champagne

Coco Chocolate Tart
Rich and sticky chocolate tart on buttered short crust pastry.

Mrs Nicks Rolly Polly 
Cherry liquor fruit mince rolled into vanilla pod sponge cake served with cinnamon custard

A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to all bills.
We will charge as per number of persons booked we are happy to amend this with 24hrs notice for individuals cancelling.

Two weeks notice is required for a refund of deposit. Deposits will only be deducted on production of valid receipt.
All bills must be paid in full on the day of the booking in cash or card Cheques must be pre authorised 10 days before booking date.

Please pre order 18 days before your booking. Tables can only be reserved with a deposit of £5 per person. Party Crackers are included in the price.
