The Indigo Bar and Restaurant sits on the ground floor of Worthing’s Ardington Hotel.
Serving contemporary English and European cuisine, Indigo has a fantastic schedule of events happening this Easter weekend, running from Friday to Monday – so there’s no excuse for missing out!
To start proceedings, there will be a Good Friday lunch and dinner in the form of Indigo’s infamous ‘Jazz, Blues, Seafood and Grills’ night. On offer will be seafood dishes including lobster thermidor, seared sashimi tuna and seared king scallops, not to mention English fillet steak and South Downs lamb.
Saturday at Indigo will feature an extra special lunch and dinner; the delightful Easi menu will be available as one, two, or three courses, and the a la carte menu available in the evening, with English asparagus season specials on offer.
A traditional Sunday lunch is, of course, the only thing to eat on a Sunday. Come along to Indigo for locally sourced Sunday lunch, at the usual price of £19.00 for two, or £25.00 for three courses.
Last but not least, Easter Monday comes in the form of a Champagne breakfast. Select from an enormous breakfast buffet, including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, Full English, eggs Benedict, freshly ground coffee and lashings of jam and marmalade.
