Last night Melanie from thebestofworthing attended a networking event hosted by Bennett Griffin and supported by LWS Creative at St Barnabus House new hospice.
Over 50 businesses attended and were given a detailed tour from Hugh, Chief Executive at of the new St Barnabus House Hospice which cost £13.5 million to build and thanks to the support of the local community the dream has come true. Delicious canapés and wine were served on the evening by Dan and his team from redanywhere Catering.
They were taken down the Walk Of Life which runs the length of the inner approach road to the new St Barnabus and contains 1900 bricks full of messages which can be seen by patients and families for years to come. Peter Bennett of Bennett Griffin winner of lifetime achievement award was the first brick sponsor from the Walk of Life.
