Please find attached the latest Planning Policy Newsletter for summer 2011. Of particular note in this issue is the current consultation on two important documents that will be used in the determination of planning applications. The draft documents are the Sustainable Economy Supplementary Planning Document and the Space Standards Supplementary Planning Document. Any views that you may have are very welcome - please see the Newsletter for details of how you can respond (by 30th September).

Proposed Parking Changes Close

WSCC proposed changes to parking restrictions  in Worthing your chance to comment.

WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL (WORTHING) (PARKING PLACES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2007) (CPZ EXTENSION & AMENDMENT) ORDER 201*

Bridge Road, Heene Road & Lyndhurst Road

Permission has been granted to advertise a proposed traffic Order to introduce limited waiting restrictions on Lyndhurst Road and include disabled bays in Bridge Road and Heene Road, Worthing.

As part of the legal process West Sussex County Council is required under the Road Traffic Regulation Act to undertake a formal consultation with you.
