I use PEP on a regular basis. The service is courteous and friendly. The quality of printing is exemplary. What keeps me as a regular customer, however, is their ability to go way above and beyond the call of duty which is a great reassurance, particularly as we are always working to very tight schedules. Highly recommended!

We gave them a huge challenge recently and they embraced it fully. We then moved the goal posts, asked for changes to be made to the original plan - they embraced that too! We asked Pep for 99 banners for our Art Event and they not only did those but gave us paper copies of each banner so we could check them off - this was very helpful when some became damaged in the wind and we needed to order more. Pep went above and beyond with this project and we can't thank them enough for their professional, speedy and friendly service. Big thanks in pasrticular to Nick in the studio for all his tireless picture arranging.

We have now used PEP for 3 years for our annual fixture cards. Every year we get a great service and great product at a very good price. I have been extremely happy with all the work that PEP has completed for me and at such a reasonable rate. They always listen carefully to what I need doing and complete each piece of work perfectly often adding some little touches improving on what I have asked for. All the work they have done for me has been completed in a very short timescale and they have been very flexible when I often miss deadlines I have set for myself. I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone.

pep printers are fantastic, they have sorted out all my artwork and take the time to listen, amend and check as much as needed. i can ask the most stupid of questions and they always are happy to help especially if i need something made at the last minute, they are also fantastic on delivery and the quality of their products - i wouldn't dare go anywhere else. daisies, middleton on sea.
