Melissa was absolutely fantastic, listening to what we wanted and planning a fantastic honeymoon for us. Unfortunately, one of our flights was delayed and we missed our connecting flights in Amsterdam. We rang Melissa's mobile (it was about 10pm!) and she sorted everything out for us, from rearranging our missed safari day, transport and hotel.
