After a couple of quotes, we were impressed with the quote from The Blinds and Shutter Company. From contact for an appointment to installation, the service provided was second to none! In fact, it was far better than the last company who fitted two roman blinds in our kitchen window in November 2020! Andrew, who attended the appointment to measure and quote us for mechanical roller blinds and a Roman blind for our bi-fold door and adjacent window. Andrew, was very professional and knowledgeable and we accepted his advice. Tom came and fitted our blinds to a high standard. He also helped to refit our daughters bedroom Roman blind which was catching on the window lock handles (fitted by a local fitter without much care). He was thoroughly professional, very neat and tidy, he is a great asset to the Company. My wife noted some marks on the big bi-fold blind and he arranged a replacement without any quibble, which will be replaced and fitted week commencing 1 March 2021. Last, but not least, Charlotte has been outstanding with communications and organising everything from start to finish, another great asset to the company!
