When are you going to come and fix the cracks in my drive? They happened about a week after the drive was laid, 18 months ago, and when you came to look at them, which also took you along time to come round to inspect the drive, you said that they were caused because you hadn't put enough expansion joints in the drive. You also said that they needed to be wider before they could be fixed. That was about 12 months ago when you first visited to look at the cracks and after many phone calls and texts to remind you where I live you still have not been out to look at them. I have tried phoning several times over the past few weeks but you don't pick up my call.
