Recommended by our Surveyor. Rich and his team did our kitchen/diner extension - found them to be really professional, straight forward reading of plans, quick to schedule us in, kept us informed and advised on all of my queries, it was a real pleasure to have them transform our house. Whites building recently did a 2 story extension to the side of our house and I couldn't recommend them enough, they were very professional and was always there for us whenever we needed them. They were very quick and very hard workers and the finish is done to a very high quality, also the the aftercare was brilliant. I cant thank them enough for what they did for us to make our perfect family home highly recommended them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Whites Building Limited ( Richard ) to anyone who wants quality craftsmanship with attention to detail in every aspect of the build. Richard and his team are thoughtful and considerate to their customers needs which was very important as the Beacon Hotel / Sarah Hughes Brewery had to trade as normal throughout the building process. If you need additional confirmation just come to the Beacon Hotel DY3 1JE sit in the Conservatory and see for yourself the outstanding quality and detailed finish inside and out.

I can't fault anything about Richard and his team, we had a ground floor side and rear extension done by them this summer, all of them were professional, thoughtful and considerate throughout, you can discuss any issues with them without feeling apprehensive, they've already done an extension for friends of mine, after I strongly recommended them, one thing is for sure, I won't use anyone else in future

Richard and his team were just fantastic from beginning to end of our project (a tidy up and extension at the back of our house). They quoted competitively, communicated really well, worked hard every day and finished the project when they said they would.
We've lived with their work for over a year now and there have been no problems at all. More than that it has really improved our house.
We're delighted with the end product and grateful for the way they made what could have been a very stressful experience actually a good one.

I recently used Whites Building Ltd to have a new extension built the company is very good at what they do the workmanship is 1st class, further more nothing is to much trouble for them i have used this company before the extension i had built.
they did a large landscaping project at my old home a very honest trust worthey building company which is very rare these days

Rich built us a kitchen extension, that included a toilet and utility room. The work was completed to a high standard and on time. Rich always kept me updated about how things were progressing and actually made some really useful suggestions on how we could tweak the original plans to get the most out of the new space.

Rich and his team had one brief from us…build our grand design…and they have delivered above and beyond our expectations! The build progressed at pace, they were tidy and respectful of our neighbours and the communication was spot on. Rich project managed from beginning to end so we always had that consistency and point of call especially when he wasn’t on site. The experience was extremely satisfying. Was told the works would take approximately 12 weeks and they did it in just 10 weeks. All of Richards men were all hard working men and considerate. Hoping to get them back again in the near future to do a cellar conversion as we know there work is second to none.

We can't praise Richard and his team enough, Andy and Connor are a credit to him, and the tradesman he brings in ( roofers, electricians, plasterers, carpenters, plumbers etc ) are all so professional, respectful and polite, Richard will guide you through the process each step of the way, and you feel comfortable with him if there's any concerns you may have, I'm in business myself, and aware of the pitfalls that can occur with less professional tradesman, rest assured, they won't let you down.
