Went to Lock Works today for the 1st time to watch The Mandalorian and Grogu. The staff were all dressed up in various Star War uniforms and were questioning everyone who were going to see the film. Kids were having pictures taken and it was just brilliant. Would highly recommend this cinema and will definitely be going back. Staff are fantastic and really got people going before the film. It was amazing and thank you for making our afternoon better

WOW, this has got to be Wolverhamptons best kept secret. A fantastic cinema, offering some of the latest blockbusters, along with niche and indie films, in a fantastic setting, with comfortable seats and sofa's, which offer ample leg room, even for those a little taller than average.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, ticket prices are the best around, and they offer a decent selection of drinks at snacks at good value for.money.
If you've never been before, you need to get along and give them a try, I guarantee you won't be in a rush to go back to the overpriced, impersonal megaplexes.

Great little cinema!
Only slight issue is with the limited parking, there is a NCP car park opposite but it is extortionate (£12 for over 2hrs!!!) - other car parks in the city offer much better value.

First visit yesterday and it was a great experience. The cinema feels lux but the tickets are such a good price. Free parking at the cinema all day Saturday and Sunday. Definitely worth visiting this cinema!

Went last week to see the Michael Jackson film.
What a fantastic experience. First class customer care, seats very comfortable and it's great to have extra leg room so you don't have to get up for someone to get to their seat.
Loved the sofas. Great selection of drinks and snacks, enjoyed being able to have a prosecco.
Clean, tidy and cared for.
Highly recommend and I look forward to returning.
Thank you.

First visit today & was really impressed! Lovely bar area, good selection of snacks, (the warm crunchy crisps are ace), cinema is very cool & sofas really comfy. Had a chat to a few of the staff working today & they were really friendly & super helpful. The building is absolutely stunning & was a blast from the past from the hedonistic light bar days! If you’ve not been yet then definitely visit as you won’t be disappointed & as a City we need to support it. See you again soon

Went for the first time last night . What a lovely cinema, much better than the bigger cinemas . Ladies on shift were friendly and welcoming . Nice to have a Prosecco before the film . Seating is spacious and comfortable . Reasonably priced . This will definitely be our go to from now on ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really nice place, clean, comfortable sofas, smaller screen in our bit, not sure about all screens, but it was cosy in a way and kinda retro, may be the idea they are going for, if so they nailed it. I'd go back, great price too.

Lovely cinema , only issues are no Blue Badge parking facilities , overpriced drinks and snacks and on Seniors Day they cannot be accompanied by family member if need support and willing to pay full price !

Wow!! I visited this cinema as a child when it was known as the Lighthouse Cinema so it took me right back. It's been done out beautifully and it was lovely to visit with my own daughter. We will defo be back. It was nice to sit on a comfy settee to watch a film. I hope it's here for many years to come

Lovely staff, comfy seats and very reasonably priced. It’s an easy choice to support your local independent cinema when it’s so superior to the big multiplex out of town

Recently watched Super Mario Galaxy, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Comfortable, roomy seats, good atmosphere and more reasonably priced than some larger cinemas.

I was hesitant to try Lockworks - no idea why. Went today following a recommendation from a friend and I can’t believe how great it is. Real humans serving and speaking to you and they are helpful and kind (when you mess up your tickets like I did!). There are comfortable seats and it is not noisy, neon and stressful like the big chains. I can’t wait to come and again and will tell everyone I know that it is better than the other local cinemas.

Came here last Sunday to watch The Good Boy, have come again Thursday to watch Project Hail Mary.
What a superb cinema!!! Can’t believe it’s in Wolverhampton, we won’t be going anywhere else now. Staff are so friendly, it’s so clean and the sofas……
Great place.

I like this cinema, good seats, decent screen size, good prices. Check out the signage though on their fire doors - Emergancy and then the sentence below that doesn't make sense.

I cannot praise this venue enough. Lovely place and very friendly staff members. The individual screening rooms are beautiful and so comfy. Love the sofas and colour palette. Prices are also incredibly reasonable. Best cinema I’ve visited, and I’ve been to a lot all over the UK. All I can say is go and try it and support this fantastic asset that Wolverhampton now has. Whilst visiting other cinemas previously, I thought going to the flicks for the evening was a thing of the past. But the Lockworks has restored my faith in how going to the movies should feel. Would give 6 stars if I could.
