Went today for the first time, and I don’t think we will be going to any other cinemas in the city anymore.
Experience 5/5. Prices are better than the big chains. Pop corns really good price and very nice.
Sofas were very good and comfy.
Didn’t have a drink from the bar this time, but will surely do next time (soon).
Loved it

Lovely place to watch a film seats are very comfy and staff were great my only qualm is the parking situation you can only park on site after 5pm and there’s very limited parking at that and the closest place to park is £12 for a day as you can only pay for an hour 2 hours or a day which forces you to the day if they fixed the parking and had a membership id go once a week minimum

I love going to this cinema, such comfortable seating, small intimate screen areas, such pleasant friendly staff, what is there not to like? Prices are great too with a good range of refreshments available. A local cinema to support, use it or lose it. It’s a truly amazing venue.

Cosy and clean cinema with lots of different food options available. I was surprised by how nice the interior was, especially for the price of the tickets. It’s around the same price as standard cinemas, and cheaper if you look for certain deals. We watched the 18+ showing of Toy Story 5 and enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s nice to see them offering separate showings for certain films, as sometimes the last thing you want is a crying baby/child during your relax time! Parking can be a bit difficult, but plan ahead or use the tram. After 5pm, however, certain car parks in the city offer a discounted rate.

Fantastic service on the till, you know who you are friendly lad, easy to book, great snacks and drinks selection. Wide range of films to watch, gorgeous seating area, comfy velvet seats with a small table for snacks and drinks even with a cushion!! Like being at home, decent ticket price also. Really good cinema in the city centre the prices for tickets are quite cheap compared to other cinemas. Food and drink isn't too badly priced either. The seats are really comfy plenty of leg room and the sound and picture quality are good. I will definitely be visiting again.

Been coming here regularly since the first week it opened. Can’t think why anyone would use Bentley Bridge after coming here!
Generally seems to have better class people coming here. I’m sick of BB cinema being full of gangs of youths, who God knows why, but they are happy to go there to chat and mess about on their phones throughout the entire film! The last time we went , there was a “ hen party “ group of 6 or 7 girls , who had been working their way through the Prosecco and were lively chattering with each other, and excitable to say the least !
But back to the LOCKWORKS cinema.!!!
It’s so clean and cared for, the sofas are just a dream- watching a film sat in one of them is a luxury ! The toilets are always clean and done out in some shady beautiful tiling with tasteful soap dispensers . It has the feel of a luxury hotel !!
Must say a big thank you to the staff, I’ve never experienced any member of staff, from the manager down, who hasn’t been friendly , helpful and happy. ! I’m disabled , and on a bad day I don’t manage even the simplest of things , like for instance , putting my payment card the right way round, for the reader, or finding the slot to slide it into, and every time I’ve needed help , the staff have been so helpful and patient. Can’t praise the place highly enough . The ticket prices are cheaper than BB as well.
I just wish everyone would support this place better, and USE IT, because I’d hate to see it close down due to lack of custom.
Thank you all 🥳😊😊

Went to Lock Works today for the 1st time to watch The Mandalorian and Grogu. The staff were all dressed up in various Star War uniforms and were questioning everyone who were going to see the film. Kids were having pictures taken and it was just brilliant. Would highly recommend this cinema and will definitely be going back. Staff are fantastic and really got people going before the film. It was amazing and thank you for making our afternoon better

WOW, this has got to be Wolverhamptons best kept secret. A fantastic cinema, offering some of the latest blockbusters, along with niche and indie films, in a fantastic setting, with comfortable seats and sofa's, which offer ample leg room, even for those a little taller than average.
Staff are friendly and welcoming, ticket prices are the best around, and they offer a decent selection of drinks at snacks at good value for.money.
If you've never been before, you need to get along and give them a try, I guarantee you won't be in a rush to go back to the overpriced, impersonal megaplexes.

Great little cinema!
Only slight issue is with the limited parking, there is a NCP car park opposite but it is extortionate (£12 for over 2hrs!!!) - other car parks in the city offer much better value.

First visit yesterday and it was a great experience. The cinema feels lux but the tickets are such a good price. Free parking at the cinema all day Saturday and Sunday. Definitely worth visiting this cinema!
