Great experience with this company from start to finish. Pure excellence of customer service provided by Ed who advised us, showing his extensive knowledge and experience throughout. His unfailing patience when dealing with someone who’s 8 months pregnant is to his eternal credit and much appreciated!! 🙌🏽😂<br>Fitting was all within agreed time frame and a superb job done. Clean and tidy from the off. Their fitter works like a machine too, non stop until he’s done!! Also returned immediately after a slight blip with a door and issue solved within 10 minutes.<br>We’re incredibly pleased and our once horrible downstairs has been transformed. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you so much 😊

I can't rate this company highly enough. The service, from first visiting the shop many months ago to obtain samples, to the aftercare once the floor had been fitted, has been exemplary.<br>The range of products is excellent and they are very competitively priced. The floor we chose was of excellent quality.<br>The team at the shop have been brilliant, giving advice where needed and Ed was able to suggest some good ideas for finishing off the floor around tricky areas when he visited to quote.<br>The fitters were brilliant; so hard working and managed to complete both jobs in 2 days, rather than the three planned. They even managed to work with our tile design.<br>I am thrilled with my final floor! Thank you to everyone at Flooring Surgeons, I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

Brilliant service from start to finish with this company. Great help from Ed when picking our floor, came to measure up the next day and quote received in a couple of hours. We were able to book fitting for when we wanted it and the fitters did a great job. They worked hard to get it done and were very tidy. Would definitely recommend.

Superb service as always. This is second time we've had Flooring Surgeons do work for us and they have always been excellent. Their recommendations are always appreciated and they do go out of their way to ensure that you pick the right product for the application. All their floors are really good quality (our wood floor from 2 years ago still looks new!). On this occasion, the fitter we had was Ryan who was very methodical with a keen eye for detail - a great trait for such a young lad. Would 100% use Flooring Surgeons again and have Ryan do this fitting for us.

Great shop and workmen. The whole process from getting a quote, information and then the fitting was seamless and the staff (Harvey and Ed) were very helpful and not pushy. Work was done on time and at a high quality - and Ferry the fitter was great in particular! Would definitely use again and recommend.
