I was planning on installing herringbone flooring throughout my ground floor. And spent weeks researching and contacting various companies.<br>I saw flooring surgeons online and reached out to them. They were extremely helpful and directed me to the most suitable flooring for my project.<br><br>I was still hesitant so decided to drive from London to their Birmingham store. Their store staff were extremely helpful and let me leave with various samples as well as quotes for each type / model of flooring I chose. (The quotes were superb)!<br><br>Once home I placed the order with them (120m2) and the delivery came on time as promised. The quality of the flooring was spot on and without a single defect to any planks!!!<br><br>I’ll definitely be using this company on future project

Very good quality floor (I bought Hydro Pro 5mm Malmo Luxury Vinyl Click Flooring) and great service. If you need a good floor, then these are definitely the guys to buy it from. I had no understanding from flooring but chose Flooring Surgeons because of the high reviews and I have no regrets. Definitely one of the best in the market.

Brought my floor from the Halesowen branch.<br>Ed was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.<br>I ordered a grey floor then a day later changed to a wood colour. No problem, all sorted on the phone.<br>The fitters came as planned.<br>Ryan and Adam. Two young men.<br>They were so professional, helpful and with zero attitude, which was very refreshing. They did a fantastic job putting down my kitchen floor.<br>I cannot recommend these two blokes enough. If you get them, count yourself lucky.<br>Mark Noott

Absolutely beautiful flooring! However be sure to order a couple more boxes as you will find atleast 5+ pieces in each box damaged. The boxes will be pristine on delivery so you won't think there is anything wrong however you will soon learn there are many pieces in each box damaged and they will not replace unless you take a picture of every single piece that's damaged so keep all the damaged ones together!
