Have a Go Sessions in Schools
Give the children in your school the chance to experience various wheel chair sports (including basketball) by hiring AC Coaching and Sports Development Limited. Offering courses before and after school, children are given their own wheelchairs in order to “have a go” and understand the difficulties faced by less able children. Courses are good fun and children are motivated and encouraged throughout.
Alan Caran works hard to provide services for adults and children with a physical disability and has been developing sports sections and academies in Paralympic sports for over ten years.
With many well established wheel chair teams in basketball and rugby, development centres include:
AC Academy Raiders
Staffordshire Hawks Basketball
Black Country Magic Basketball
Shropshire Hornets Basketball
If you have a physical disability and would like to take part in wheel chair sports whilst making new friends and having fun, call today!
