Come along to this FREE family-friendly event to explore Creativity and Innovation at the  AI Arts Festival 2026

join artists, musicians, and innovators from the University of Southampton, the Winchester School of Art, University of Winchester, and beyond, for an unforgettable celebration of the arts in the age of AI.  

  

This is a free event with three ticketed elements (prices start from £3): 

-RoboPaws Live 

Step into the future: meet a robotic dog, learn how it works, and see how AI shapes companionship and creativity. 

-Robot Filmmaking: A Lo-Fi Sci-Fi Adventure  

Robot Filmmaking lets kids jam with AI—chaotic, funny, hands-on, glitch-friendly, human-led playbuilding AI literacy through improv. 

-Listen to Buddy: Telling Stories for Climate Action 

In this interactive workshop, participants listen to stories written by local school students and told by Buddy the robot. 

-Improbotics Kids! – How To Train Your Robot (TICKETED) 

Award-winning AI improv pioneers present an interactive comedy exploring real technology, boosting AI literacy while celebrating human creativity. 

-AI Stand-Up Comedy Showcase (TICKETED) 

AI and stand-up comedy collide with smart jokes and nerdy brilliance! Featuring three of the funniest minds from the University of Southampton – Les Carr, Will Hunt and Lucy Hodgins – with guest headliner Ted Hill. Recommended for ages 12+.
