1. Berry Smoothie Lollies (makes 6)

You'll need:

100g mixed frozen berries (or any fruit of your choosing)

250g thick plain yoghurt 

2 tbsp honey 

Put all ingredients in a blender until smooth, then pour into 6 lolly moulds. They should be frozen in 6 hours.

 

 

2. Strawberry jelly ice lollies (makes 6)

You'll need:

1 packet of strawberry jelly

250ml boiling water

100g of pureed strawberries 

150g vanilla yoghurt 

First dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and put aside to cool. Then add the yoghurt and pureed strawberries. Pour into lolly moulds and wait 6 hours!

 

 

3. Melon ice lollies (makes 8)

You'll need:

500g of watermelon flesh cut into chunks

300g honeydew melon cut into chunks 

Juice of 1 lime

100ml pressed apple juice 

Blend the watermelon chunks until smooth and strain into a jug. Pour this into the moulds up to 1/3 of the way up and freeze for an hour.

Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and whizz until smooth. Strain this through a sieve and then pour in the moulds up another 1/3 of the way up. After this has frozen pour in the rest of the watermelon juice and leave to freeze for 4 hours.

 

 

4. Strawberry ice lollies (makes 6-8)

You'll need:

150g strawberries

90g caster sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

500g natural yogurt

First crush strawberries and sugar up in a bowl until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in natural yoghurt and vanilla. Pour into moulds and freeze for 6 hours.

 

 

5. If you're feeling extra lazy just pour your faveourite juice or fizzy drink into lolly moulds and freeze overnight!
