I approached Keith to help me design a large side extension to my house near Fulham Broadway. The extension is on the corner of two roads and is very visible. Keith guided the design through an exhaustive approval process with the Borough Council for successful approval. Keith was also involved in managing the build and demonstrated his experience by discussing different construction ideas with the builders when structural issues arose. I am also grateful that Keith was not afraid to challenge the builders when he believed the finish quality was compromised. I continue to be complemented by my neighbours for the pleasing appearance of the extension. I have retained Keith who continues to work on additional renovations for my house. I highly recommend Keith for his services.
We really enjoyed working with Keith on our extension and refurb project. He had excellent ideas and helped us through some difficult planning issues.

We at Indigo Development have worked closely with Malone Architecture on numerous projects during the planning and construction phases of projects including the house on Drax Avenue which won Best Individual Dwelling at the LABC awards. The success of this and other projects is the close teamwork that we have developed with Keith at Malone Architecture where we all work closely to discuss what we want and need the project to achieve on an around the table approach. His flexibility is a key in this relationship.

We found Keith very easy to work with. Although the project was relatively small - the design of, and planning consent for, a building at the front of our house in a Conservation Area - Keith was fully engaged and responsive. He was creative in his design work, helped demystify the planning process and conducted the meeting with the planning officer with tact and restraint. Most importantly he helped obtain the planning consent which was by no means a slam dunk and we felt his fees were money well spent.

We waited a long time to create a home that we could be proud of, one that suited our family and truly reflected our personalities. Keith took our brief on board and created something on paper that ticked all the boxes. We have been worked with him for over 18 months to realise his sketches and our dream. He continually kept a level head, offered impartial advice and most importantly kept the end result as the key driver all the way through. Keith has an ability to listen to issues raised on site and draw a detail under pressure which keeps things running smoothly. Everyone who has seen the finished product since is thoroughly impressed with the detail and overall feel of the space. Thanks Keith.
