We offer a variety of different training options including Open CoursesIn-House Training and Tailor-Made Courses designed to fit around your business needs.

Our 98% pass rate on all our accredited courses together with our premium accredited status with the awarding body Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH) means your business is in safe hands.

Our team consists exclusively of training professionals and practicing food safety and health and safety consultants who all have previous experience of working within the catering industry at all levels giving you the confidence to know that they understand every element of your business.


Auditing and Consultancy

The law requires that you maintain a high standard of both food hygiene and health and safety within your business. Enforcement Officers ensure that acceptable standards are maintained and punish those who fall below the legal requirement.

In order to ensure that your business complies fully with all the relevant regulations and so that any problems can be addressed before they become a serious issue, it is recommended that you undertake periodic food safety and health and safety audits.

On Food Safety, Anderson Food Hygiene can set up a tailored HACCP system for your business which includes a full audit of your food premises using one of our team of expert food safety consultants. Our HACCP is designed to analyse the flow of foods from farm to fork throughout an operation. This allows to identify hazards in the production of food and where is critical to control them to prevent contamination or food poisoning. By law you must identify what can cause harm to your customers. This will avoid a poor food hygiene rating, possible legal action, unnecessary additional expenditure, or even forced closure of your business at a later date.

With Health & Safety Anderson Food Hygiene can provide fully qualified consultants to conduct audits, set up a tailored Health & Safety Policy and carry out on-site risk assessments for health and safety, manual handling and fire safety. The completion of risk assessments is an important step in protecting the health and safety of your workers and your business, as well as complying with the law.

Our personal consultancy service offers tailored advice helping you keep up to date with Food Hygiene & Health & Safety legislation whether it is for a one-off promotional celebration, an outside catering event, your new restaurant or changes you may be considering within your food business.  Consultants also provide expert advice and guidance on dealing with food poisoning allegations, supplier accreditation, HSE accident reporting procedures and enforcement issues.
