I’ve been to a few dentists over the years and had a fear of going after how I was spoken to and treated. I registered at Synergy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, they are all very welcoming and put you at ease, very kind and helpful and finally I have my invisalign treatment :)

I have been a patient at Synergy Dental Clinic Bury for a few years & I find them responsive & professional when I require treatment. The Bury clinic has undergone a major refurbishment & has been finished well. I find the dentists, dental nurses & reception staff polite & professional. I would recommend Synergy.

Where to start...My first visit wasn't as pleasant as I thought it will be. I was booked for 3D invisilign scan. At the beginning of appointment rubber mouth opener was inserted.
Then the staff made me walk from one room to another with this opener in my mouth. People were looking at me, it felt uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Then younger female staff member started scanning my teeth...Took her quite some time to do it, eventually the Dr. Bagasi came in to assist and things ran smoothly from there.
Having mouth opener in for 45 minutes made me very thirsty. But to my surprise I was not offered a glass of water.
I had my Invisilign consultation with Dr. Bagasi & he was absolutely fantastic.
Provided me with professional advice and support throughout my Invisilign journey. I was offered Invisilign treatment for 26 weeks at very reasonable price.
All members of staff are always very friendly and do try their best to be helpful.
There are minor things they could improve on, but generally my experience with this clinic was good.

Dr Mansoor Patel has been a gem in providing me with phenomenal treatment during my Invisalign course. He has been very informative and has provided an excellent level of service. My whitening stage is currently underway and even during this he has been very good.

I have had a fear of the dentist since being young but when I started with tooth ache I had no option but to find a dentist. I came across synergy because they were local to me and I’m so glad I chose them. Once I was seen by Mo he instantly put me at ease and did fantastic work with my teeth and was very knowledgeable. I have no been a few times for more work and I am so happy with my experiences at synergy.

I had broken a tooth and it had to be removed. Iwas offered different alternatives and recieved advice and pros and cons for each option. I opted to have a bridge fitted. I was fitted with a temporary bridge while my permanent one was made so that I wasn't left with an embarrassing gap.
I was treated with respect and care and received great customer service throughout from each member of the team I dealt with.
I'm pleased with the end result and would recommend Synergy Dental to anyone who wants a professional and personal service.
I can't comment on the price as I haven't compared it to other dentists but I think the price is acceptable for the service I recieved.

really good dentist. thectreatment was split due to Covid I had a temp filling in February 2020 and it lasted until September 2021. amazing. no pain at all and very happy with the results.

Blown away with the service from Synergy. I was seen to by Dr. Mo Patel who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. I've never had anything like perfect teeth but when one of my front top teeth came out I had to do something. Mo was very professional, polite and explained everything to me as we went along. I'm over the moon at the results and got a decent smile for the first time in my life at 52 years old. Thank you so much guys.

Other than cost I look for 3 things in terms of service:
How quickly the phone is answered - poor - the new Synergy recorded message goes on for an eternity just stating how brilliant they are. I would rather the phone was answered. Please could you reduce the recorded message significantly
How quickly you can get an appointment - poor...Since Synergy took over delays are now 2/3 months.
The quality of the dental service received - excellent....Carol is a brilliant dentist and her patients welfare is top of her agenda.
The score provided reflects the overall position. Great treatment but poor in the two first mentioned areas

A new updated surgery. They appear to be sorting out some minor admin matters, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Adam the dentist was extremely informative about the treatments open to me and then carried it out in a 'careful' manner.

Carol the dentist is 5 star- reception seems very disorganised and despite signs all over the place asking us to wear masks it doesn’t seem to apply to the receptionists?
