After many years of dreading the dentist, I have finally found a fantastic dentist. Dr Rachidi quickly puts you at ease & ensures you are comfortable & pain free. I recently had composite bonding on my two front teeth & the results were amazing, receiving many compliments from family & friends. I would highly recommend Dr Karim Rachidi to any nervous patients & especially to anyone wanting cosmetic dentistry. Only wish I'd have visited him sooner. Many thanks again

He had been very negative and more and more appointments were advised
But I couldn't keep up with ongoing costs until ihad to cancel future treatments for myself.After 6 months I had tried to make routine checkup only to find new clients fee was again required
I have always thought if they had not have done that I would not hav charged to Greatharwood Synergy
They care have positive practical advise
Always try to reassure me and thoroughly explain what options are available
Including my daughters treatment allowed me to really understand and observe her procedure, never being distracted or unaware of my worries and
Insured confidence and successful completion of his work

My dentist is so reassuring and exceptionally thorough. Never feel like he is keeping to a timed appointment although he must always finish late at the end of his day.
I was apprehensive when he replaced the previous dentist there as she too was easy to talk to and always tried to explain a plan of treatment with positive outcome.when my new dentist took over I honestly thought he would not be as patient or alow me to direct in part the treatment ,but he is absolutely top class and won me over with my daughters treatment.keeping me 100% involved and achieved what he had hoped too.looked extremely tricky and his calm was appreciated by us both.He allowed me to view at each point to ask questions.Never becoming distracted .we love our dentist and nurses not forgetting receptionist past and present

Had a visit today to the orthondontic surgeon sent as a request from another dentist. I don't even know his name but he was brilliant, talked me through all my options, talked me through what he was doing procedurally. Looked at my options for removing crown roots and made some fabulous professional decisions. Very very impressed. Jonathan Eyre.

From walking in the door and being greeted by Victoria the whole experience was fantastic. I needed a tooth extracting and Dr Zohaib and nurse Vicky were fantastic. Dr Zohaib explained everything that was going to happen and when it came to putting the injection in my gums it was pain free in fact I questioned him to see if he had done it. overall to say I have had a tooth out it was quick, easy and pain free Thank you to the whole team you are fantastic

I’ve been a bit scared of going to the dentist since I was a child, but the staff at Synergy in Burscough are always reassuring.
I had a new dentist this time as the lady I normally see has left. He was very friendly and took time to get to know me which was great.

As a nervous patient, I found this dental practice to have staff who were understanding, patient and gentle. From my first appointment in February until completion of my treatment in September I was treated with respect and kindness. Neither the most / least expensive but probably the best for treating nervous patients. (no pain, no pressure, no stress) The dentists, nurses and receptionists were all friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for giving me the confidence to smile again.

Both my children came for Invisalign treatment. Fantastic results on the whole. My daughter does still have a front tooth that isn’t straight, so we called to arrange a further consultation. This was organised for us without any bother, for which I am grateful. I am hoping to resolve this issue.
Also my daughter had a tooth reconstructed with a filling. The dentist did such an amazing job of this. You would never know that it was a filling. Very talented!
