This weekend everyone will have the opportunity to visit some of the greatest buildings in the city at absolutely no cost!

This year's theme for The Open House London Weekend is ‘our buildings, our neighbourhoods, our city’ to give people a chance to be inspired by the amazing architecture and local history right on our doorstep.

Buildings open to the public in Westminster this weekend will include:

  • Marshall Street Baths - An iconic Victorian building that has just opened it doors to the public again following a £25 million redevelopment.
  • The Plate Room at Westminster City Hall - The home of the Great Mace, which was used at the time of King Charles I in the House of Commons.
  • The Grade II listed Roman Baths, Strand Lane - The baths will be open to the public for the first time as part of the Open House weekend and have literary associations with Charles Dickens.

Other buildings open for the weekend will include The Serpentine Gallery Pavilion, Horse Guards Grade II listed Palladian, The Royal Institute of Architects building, Park Lane Hotel, The Royal Academy of Arts, The Gothic Royal Courts of Justice and the Channel Four Television building.
