As an existing customer, despite the COVID-19 problems, Gills were able to send a plumber to carry out some necessary work on 10 June 2020 My wife and I both in 70's were somewhat concerned about the visit, but were relieved at the measures taken by Paul when he arrived face mask and gloves already on. He did the necessary repair work, and on completion, went back and used sterilising cloths to wipe down ALL surfaces ( including door knobs) which he had touched during his visit, even though wearing his protective gloves during the visit. Very impressed, clearly a company who cares about there clients.
